Layer one — official baseline
FCA Financial Services Register for firm identity and regulatory status; the Equity Release Council for membership and product standards; provider intermediary sites and documents for rates, criteria and documentation.
Layer two — provider-direct
Providers are invited to send rate sheets, product files, criteria updates and announcements straight to Equity Fountain. Every submission is reviewed by an administrator before publication.
Layer three — licensed feed
A commercial product-data supplier may be connected once revenue justifies it. The public-source verification layer is retained as a cross-check. No restricted site is ever scraped.
